AFO DYNAMIC - OSSUR

 The AFO Dynamic provides a strong, lightweight solution for 
patients with varying degrees of drop foot secondary to a variety of 
neurological conditions. Össur has taken the carbon fiber technology 
from its Flex-Foot® product and incorporated it into the new AFO 
Dynamic to provide increased support over traditional ankle foot 
orthoses. The energy storing properties of carbon fiber make it an 
ideal material for this dynamic ankle foot orthosis because it provides 
real energy return. Best for those people leading busy lives, the AFO 
Dynamic will ensure a more efficient walk for the user

 INDICATIONS FOR USE 
Drop foot secondary to:
 • Cerebro Vascular Accident (CVA)
 • Other neurological conditions
 • Mild knee instability 
Contraindications:
 • Severe ankle – foot deformities
 • Charcot Marie Tooth disease (HMSN)
 • Multiple Sclerosis 
• Fluctuating edema
 • Severe spasticity
